VV Action Circo-RJ R$200.00

In this action in group, VV will take children assisted by our partners from Instituto Amparando to spend an afternoon with lots of fun and learning at Circo Marcos Frota, in Quinta da Boa vista-RJ.

Instituto Amparando, VV's partner in this Mission, has been working in Nova Iguaçu since 2017 to help educate and guide families and children in the Baixada, Rio de Janeiro.

The institution's mission is to promote the empowerment of the assisted population through collective and integrated actions, going beyond meeting their basic needs, but also generating development, inclusion and social emancipation.

The institution carries out tutoring classes with playful, cultural and leisure activities aimed at children. Circo Marcos Frota also supports the action and promises lots of fun for the kids.

Rio de Janeiro is one of the main Brazilian cities, famous for its beautiful beaches, the iconic Christ the Redeemer, at the top of Corcovado, and the Sugar Loaf Mountain with an enviable relief. The city is also known for its large favelas, for being the scene of great carnival parties, and for a summer atmosphere almost all year round. Contrasting with all this, we also find a city where more than 2 million people live in poverty, placing Rio among the 10 most unequal metropolises in the world.

Thinking in this context and in partnership with Instituto Amparando and Circo Marcos Frota, we prepared this action to bring a little fun to children who rarely leave the place where they live.
